Therapy begins only after an initial consultation and a signed agreement for treatment.

Scope of Practice
I provide individual outpatient psychotherapy for adults and adolescents focused on:
Emotional wellness and self-care
Trauma recovery
Relational health
Personal growth and life transitions
Therapy is a collaborative process supporting insight, coping skills, and meaningful change over time.
Services Within My Scope
Individual psychotherapy (in-person or telehealth in licensed states)
Trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches
Inclusive, culturally responsive care for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities
Support for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and identity exploration
Outside My Scope
24/7 emergency or crisis intervention
Inpatient or residential treatment
Court-mandated or forensic evaluations (unless contracted)
Medication management or prescribing
Services for individuals outside licensed states

Licensure & Telehealth Notice
Psychotherapy services are provided only to clients physically located in states where the therapist holds an active license (currently Connecticut and Colorado). Telehealth services cannot be provided outside these jurisdictions due to state licensing laws.
