I provide compassionate, trauma-informed online therapy for adults navigating complex trauma, CPTSD, PTSD, anxiety, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. My approach incorporates EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS-informed therapy to help you feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in your life.

Who I Help

I work with adults who are navigating the lasting effects of trauma, difficult life experiences, and patterns that no longer feel sustainable. You may be dealing with complex trauma or CPTSD, anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or a persistent feeling that something is wrong even when life looks okay on the outside. I also work with highly sensitive people who may experience emotions deeply, feel overwhelmed by their environment, or find themselves especially affected by the needs and emotions of others.

I also provide compassionate support for adults experiencing pet loss, grief, and bereavement, recognizing the profound bond we share with our animals and the unique pain that can come with losing them.

A Space Where You Can Be Fully Yourself

My practice is intentionally inclusive and affirming. I welcome adults of diverse identities, backgrounds, relationships, and ways of understanding themselves and the world. I offer affirming therapy for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients, as well as people practicing ethical non-monogamy (ENM), polyamory, and other consensual relationship structures.

I also recognize that healing can include dimensions of experience that aren't always addressed in traditional therapy. If spirituality, intuition, energy, or connection to the energy realm is meaningful to you, there is space to explore those experiences in therapy with curiosity, respect, and without judgment.

How I Help

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Therapy that recognizes how past experiences can continue to affect your emotions, relationships, nervous system, and sense of self.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR can help you process distressing experiences and memories that continue to feel emotionally or physically activated.

Brainspotting

A focused, body-oriented approach that can support the processing of experiences that feel difficult to access through words alone.

IFS-Informed Therapy

An approach that explores the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop greater self-understanding, connection, and internal balance.

Why Work With Me

I bring more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field and a compassionate, individualized approach to therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut and Colorado and provide online therapy for adults in both states. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, with training and experience in EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS-informed therapy. I believe therapy should be a collaborative space where you can feel understood, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.

What Therapy Looks Like

Therapy is a collaborative process, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We will work together to understand what you are experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop ways to help you feel more grounded and connected. Depending on your needs and goals, our work may incorporate EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS-informed therapy, and other trauma-informed approaches.

Because I provide telehealth therapy, you can attend sessions from a private, comfortable space that works for you. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and fully yourself.

You Don’t Have to Be in Crisis to Begin Therapy

You don't have to wait until things feel unbearable before reaching out for support. Sometimes you know that something needs to change, even if you can't fully explain what is wrong. You may feel disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in familiar patterns, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin creating meaningful change at your own pace.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

If you're ready to explore whether therapy could be supportive for you, I invite you to reach out. We can talk about what you're experiencing, what you're looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
