    About My Approach
    Therapy with me isn’t about forcing yourself into patterns that don’t fit or chasing quick fixes. It’s about accepting yourself, understanding your experiences, and moving toward what actually feels healthy and authentic.

    I combine trauma-informed approaches with a blend of neurological based, psychosocial, and energy-based strategies to support deep insight, balance, and growth. I’m EMDR-certified, IFS-informed, and trained in Brainspotting, and I integrate these methods with attention to how the brain, body, and energy systems interact in healing.

    What Sessions Are Like
    Your first session is mostly about getting to know you—your story, experiences, and goals. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and develop a supportive wholistic integrated plan.

    Sessions are collaborative: I challenge when needed, provide direct feedback, and won’t just tell you what’s easy to hear. At the same time, I’m deeply compassionate and respectful of all the parts of you, especially the ones that have been protecting and surviving.

    This work isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about building capacity, navigating life with more ease, and finding a way of living that fits who you truly are. Together, we’ll explore patterns, honor experiences, and work toward real, lasting change.
